Principal Sponsors

The Old Crown
The Old Crown is a traditional, family run pub beside the River Thames in Weybridge, Surrey.

The Old Crown has always been a pub at the heart of the community and its owners, the Redknaps, are delighted to be able to support the Weybridge Community Regatta.

We have long ties with the river and to Weybridge Rowing Club. Our family were watermen in Richmond where we built punts, skiffs and dinghies. Anthony and Mark Redknap both rowed for the club.
The Old Crown has, for years, sponsored Walton & Weybridge Regatta, as well as other local sporting clubs; Weybridge Vandals and Cobham rugby clubs and Old Georgians hockey club

WilmottDixon
Following the fun we had attending and competing in last year’s event, we feel it’s important as a local business, to show our support and bring together neighbouring businesses in this year’s Weybridge regatta. We look forward to once again being part of a fantastic event.

Sponsors & Partners

Weybridge Rowing Club was founded in 1880 as an amateur “tradesmen’s” club, far from many people’s perception of rowing as a “posh” sport. The club is proud of those roots, and its current members are drawn from all walks of life. It boasts a large and vibrant junior section, over 80% of whom attend state schools in the area. Grassroots development and community involvement are at the heart of its activities, energetically promoting the ethos of Sport for All. Funds from the Community Regatta will help the club to purchase new boats, oars and other and other equipment, keeping its members competitive and safe on and off the water.

Turkish food is renowned for its fresh ingredients, aromatic spices, and tantalising flavours. And at Cappadocia we capture the very essence of traditional Turkish cuisine.

You’ll discover high quality Turkish food as it should be served, prepared by native chefs, who have trained and worked at the highest level. Our food is cooked in an open kitchen on a charcoal grill using as many UK-sourced ingredients as we can, such as meat from Scotland and Wales.

Visit our restaurant in Kingston on Thames.
